Inspired by the fast-paced kitchens of Hong Kong, 'Fo San' is cantonese for volcano, representing the raw heat and power generated by the unique burner set-up. The WV-1P1A single hole wok comes with a fan forced stainless steel 145MJ air-blast burner and LHS pot, electronic ignition, external pilot, rear flue system and pre-cast fire-brick combustion chamber.
