At Commercial Kitchen Hub, we are committed to providing quality commercial kitchen equipment and excellent customer service.
Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of commercial kitchen equipment, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
Please ensure the product specifications, dimensions, electrical requirements and suitability are confirmed before placing your order.
Special Order & Non-Stock Items
Products that are:
- Special order items
- Custom-made products
- Supplier back-order items
- Products specifically ordered for a customer
cannot be cancelled or returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Supporting photographs may be required.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted if:
- Approved by Commercial Kitchen Hub
- Product is unused
- Product remains in original packaging
- Product is returned in resalable condition
Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product fault.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns due to customer error may be subject to a restocking fee charged by the supplier.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
Warranty periods vary between brands and products.
