Each B+S Black Turbo Fryer is powered by a highly effective, energy-efficient target burner to ensure even heat distribution throughout the oil; perfect for large quantity frying

• Heavy-duty complete stainless steel cabinet frame

• Efficient target burner

• +/- 3°C temperature recovery differential

• 2mm thick stainless steel pan

• Over-temperature safety cut-out switch

• Complete with baskets, fish plate, and night cover

• 21.3-litre oil capacity for TF-451

• 27-litre oil capacity for TF-601

• 13.5-litre oil capacity for each pan TF-451S

• Piezo ignition and flame failure device
